Maintenance
Preventative maintenance on your HVAC system is as critical
as maintenance on your car. Establishing a maintenance
program will ensure that your system is running at peak
performance as well as increase the longevity of the
equipment, and help prevent untimely and expensive breakdowns.
Dahl Air Conditioning, Inc. has an automated maintenance
software program that tracks when periodic maintenance
is due, what tasks are to be performed during each maintenance
visit, and various other critical information such as
equipment make and model, history by site, billing information,
special instructions, etc.
Any system, large or small, can be set up on a monthly,
bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual maintenance
program. If you would like us to handle your HVAC maintenance

Dahl Air Conditioning, Inc. is proud to employ the largest
staff of service technicians in the area. Each technician
is well trained and experienced in a variety of systems
including air conditioners, boilers, heating and ventilation
systems, chillers, walk-in and reach-in coolers, cooling
towers, computer room and cleanroom climate control
systems.
Any day at any time, a technician is available to meet your emergency
repair needs. In the event you have an emergency outside of our normal
business hours, the on-call technician will be paged and will respond
directly to you.
